The MEDIEVAL project results were presented at an exhibition booth with two posters and a demonstration of the personal broadcasting service. In fact, the PBS service represents the scenario where a user records a video and shares it with a group of individuals/devices in real time, enabling promising network applications for the near future. The proposed demonstration shows the benefit of using a scheduling algorithm exploiting the multilink characteristics in order to improve the quality of experience.
During the event, more than 40 people visited the booth and engaged an interesting discussion on the MEDIEVAL project and its results.
